Clearly none of you have ever flown an overnight SFO-MIA in AA First Class, similar time as BOS-LHR with Jetsteam Tailwinds.

Nothing in the Lounge even as OW Emerald, then a small salad when flying on a cramped 737, and thats it.

Thats Dinner and Breakfast combined.
