I don't think it is a lack of attention but :
- for bases de province (BTW, I liked your typo in your post "bases de Provences" ) : I think everything has been said in the past
- for MiNi and HOP, it's to early as it s just starting. For MiNi, I personally think it can work. For HOP, I'm a bit skeptical in the current configuration. Mostly, too high internal costs and I believe they have too many types of planes between the ATR, the Bombardier and the Embraer families
