jet's service has declined over the years & they are now a shadow of the airline they used to be a few years ago....but having said that their del/bom - lhr route has always remained very good....i make over half a dozen trips to lhr every year & have tried most of the airlines but at the end of the day i would always pick jet as my first choice on this route....
