Wouldn't it be nice if you could really use miles to book the whole flight with ZERO extra dollars? I spent a few years worth of miles to book this flight and it seems really tacky to have to pay cash on top of that, considering I pay an annual fee to use my MileagePlus Explorer card.
If you want to fly business class with zero dollars you should have saved more miles and then redeem a business class award ticket.
