Fees for booking travel with Credit Card? AirnZ does it now, others?
Is this becoming a common practice among airlines?

I just booked airfare on AirNZ and noticed that I was being charged $35 because I was using a credit card. If I used the POLi system for paying by internet banking the fee would not apply.

I don't ever recall being charged a credit card fee for booking with any other airlines in the USA. So is this just AirNZ 'nickle and diming' their customers?
