I usually lurk on the BA Flyertalk board but am embarking on my first Silkair flight (so please bear with me if this question has been covered before).

Just booked SIN-REP in Y for departure in August on an A320. Was hoping to nab an exit row seat as I am over 6ft tall but noticed all exit road seats including the middle already taken. Is that possible or are they just blocked off for now and if so when do they get released?

Advice from Silkair experts much appreciated.
