Like Roki said, Chase has been cracking down on UR points transfers to anyone who is not the account holders spouse/domestic partner. You're rolling the dice here and it's not worth it.

How many points do you need for your ticket? I think you're better off purchasing the max from Chase of 5000 points/month or pay a little more and just buy the miles you need from the airline directly.
