After I merged my 2 dividend miles accounts the miles were there, but then something happened and my account only shows the miles for my original account and the one I kept.

I've called them and they promised to investigate - reach out to the bank, as they are not sending the info to have the correct total of miles, but I am concerned - I was counting on those 40K sign up miles!

Anyone has experience with this?
