Location was suggested as being next to Gate 27 which is the first one as you go onto the international pier. I'm not sure what space there is there but I'll have a look on the way round for boarding.
It looks more like a question of when will it be ready and where will it be rather than will it happen - seems unlikely that it wouldn't be operational by the Commonwealth Games in July '14.
