I mistakingly transferred all my Wyndham points to US to take advantage of the promo without realize that I need to top off my AA account for an award booking (about 28k). In any case, is there some website that allows individuals to trade Wyndham points as follows:

For xx wyndham points transferred to yy/( .4 w/o promo + a premium, say .02) miles to some airline
I transfer mm UR points to to mm miles of the other person's choosing?

It seems like there should be some way of facilitating such trade so as to mitigate losses when converting miles.
