I may have the answer to my own question. In another rate offer that the hotel has they say that "Children aged 12 years and under eat and stay for free. Children over the age of 12 years will be charged a supplement of 52.00 Euro per night."

It doesn't say this on the package I was looking at, but I'm guessing that if my daughter wanted to eat in the restaurant she would be expected to pay.
