Put in the app, called recon, answered 20 minutes of questions, and was denied.

Reasons being: 2 CC apps in 2013, 7 CC apps in 2012, and a total available credit limit over 2x my annual income. Lady was extremely nice and polite, but just shut me down, even when I offered to close and move credit from my WN card.

That was my last CC app until my mortgage (home purchase likely 12-18 months out).

Sucks to end on a decline.
