Y-UP fares book into JN, not Z. And that only applies in CPU-eligible markets. B/M-Ups book in to PN. Y/B/M-Ups only apply to elites.

There are also a number of *-UP fares (mostly H/Q, but there are others) which can book into the premium cabin for all passengers, not just elites.
