I remember three years ago saying it was a poor idea to setup those bases. And as always, poor ideas became nightmares when rolled out by Air France : New European Offer, Provinces Bases, New "not full flat" J bed, etc.

I was hoping for a real change of management with AdJ taking the lead, and when I mean management I mean both strategy and COMEX stakeholders. It seems that people who took bad decisions in the past are still in place though.
