This makes the free access to delta.dumb while on board using GoGo a lot less valuable. It seems you must pay to contact DL via twitter.

Wouldn't it be nice if the DL website has a direct link for messages to and from the twitter team, without having to actually use twitter to access their help for immediate needs while traveling?
