Yes, it is a Jetstar issue. It looks like the feed from Jetstar to AA is down. You can get Aug 13 SYD-HNL via Qantas.com, but not AA.com. Notify Jetstar to fix their data feed. QF flights are showing up, so that feed is fine.

Contact their tech support/help desk - http://www.jetstar.com/us/en/contact-us#Contactcentre

If Jetstar confirms the feed is fine, contact the AA help desk.
