Element has more than a dozen properties, but it's still a very small brand. I would consider it more sophisticated and upscale.

Hyatt House is supposed to be similar, but again has a very small footprint.

If you don't need the full kitchen, Hyatt Place has coffee makers, wet bars, and refrigerators in a semi suite setup. Other hotels might have refrigerators, wet bars, and microwaves in addition to coffee makers in some or all rooms, but I'm not aware of any brand that offers this across the board.
