The quality of this meal varies from property to property, unlike breakfast which is pretty standard at all Staybridge locations. Some of the locations I've stayed at, such as San Jose, Ca., have some pretty terrible food (they are going through a remodel of public areas including breakfast area right now), Las Vegas was above average food but no beer or wine per a local law (although it still says beer and wine online but they can't) and New York City had gourmet items (such as homemade pizza and quesadillas).

I don't find Homewood to be any more "upscale" than a Staybridge. I've stayed at both plenty of times. The Las Vegas Staybridge Suites - since it was built to a timeshare that never opened - is more upscale than any property of either chain.
