Which cost over $500 million. Is far less convenient for renters. Was promoted as reducing congestion.... except it needs a fleet of 29 buses, and they eliminated a good chunk of curb space on the arrivals level.... and airport drives are far more congested since they opened it. I could not agree more.
The fact that the bottom two floors of the airport garage (the former rental car areas) are still blocked off shows the ridiculousness of the port's other rationale -- that additional parking was desperately needed.
