We stayed at the Springhill Suites prior to a cruise a few years ago. We took advantage of their free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast (although crowded). The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port, but the front desk person advised taking a taxi to avoid the multiple stops and crowds. This worked well for us.

There were a few fast food restaurants across the parking lot, and better ones that were a ten minute walk. Total Wine offers excellent selection and free delivery to your hotel if you are on a cruise line that allows you to bring your own wine. If you are using award points, I suggest you reserve your room with points prior to the category increase.
