Which cost over $500 million. Is far less convenient for renters. Was promoted as reducing congestion.... except it needs a fleet of 29 buses, and the eliminated a good chunk of curb space on the arrivals level.... and airport drives are far more congested since they opened it. For my entire life here in Seattle all roads of incompetence, hubris and boondoggle lead back to the Port Of Seattle..... The lists of follies is so long my head hurts as well as my pocketbook!
