Which cost over $500 million. Is far less convenient for renters. Was promoted as reducing congestion.... except it needs a fleet of 29 buses, and they eliminated a good chunk of curb space on the arrivals level.... and airport drives are far more congested since they opened it. Who is accountable for this idiocy?
