Questions about airports are usually best placed in the "Destinations" forums for a particular region, since that way, it's exposed to people from all airlines rather than just a single airline. (It also helps us to keep topics organized where they are most logical to be found later for reference.)

There is actually an existing thread in that forum which discusses this topic that you may wish to review. For now, I'll go ahead and leave this thread here for now to try to draw on the wealth of knowledge of this particular forum (which has a lot of experience in SEA), but at a later time, I will likely move this thread over to the West forum and request the moderator of that forum to merge your thread into the one I linked to.
