After using many lots around the area, I'm a huge fan of WallyPark's new garage. Why? Their shuttles are frequent.

If you're an AAA member and park on the top deck it's a very reasonable daily rate. If you go to a Costco in the Seattle area they have $100 worth of WallyPark gift cards for $50. Screaming deal.
