I just joined a new company, and was issued a new regular AMEX corporate card. I paid $90 to sign up for MR. This was literally 2 weeks ago.

I've now been told that I'm eligible for a company reimbursed Platinum AMEX corporate card. It seems like a better card, and has MR included free.

Can I get the $90 fee I paid pro-rated and refunded? Is there a specific way to ask for this? Do I do this before requesting my platinum card? Or is it as simple as calling and asking for it up front? I ran a search without luck.
