Very true, but until recently the first Monday LHR-EDI flight was operated by a 767. Since the summer timetable, it's a 320 and even a 319 on occasion. Maybe the last rotation up to EDI on a Sunday night does not warrant having a 767 as it is being used more lucratively elsewhere, as you point out.
