I used to have problems like that for occasional ex-bmi flights that were flying under a BA8xxx code and operated by bmi regional. It wasn't consistent, sometimes I could book these flights and other times it wouldn't work.

I can imagine it's the same bug here. In your case it's Wdl aviation for BA Cityflyer for British Airways, in my case it was bmi regional for bmi for British Airways.
