Well, I'm on the business plat (which seems different because eurostar lounge access isn't on it).

However, in the second year of ownership, they've dropped my Club Carlson gold card to silver. They'd added the Club Accor hotels recently, so I grabbed my one of that, and barely three months later they've said I'll be dropped down the statuses from that one.

Are any of these automatically renewed? I know Hilton was for one year only (I was impressed with that and got gold second year around, but its not been as good for prices this year), but the rest were linked to having the card right? Is this simply a buzz to my local amex helpline?
