Would anyone happen to have a direct phone number for SFO bag claim or UA's SFO station office?

I'm in the unpleasant UA damaged bag claim process after they ripped open my bag, bent part of it (steel frame) at a 90-degree angle, and caused other damage on JAX-IAD-SFO awhile back (the damage appears to have occurred at JAX after checking, and prior to departure, as the bag was delayed a day there), causing part of the contents to go missing. I filed claims for both the bag and the lost contents.

Yesterday, I got a voicemail from an employee at UA SFO, telling me the damaged bag claim is being denied because I waited more than 24 hours to file it (yet I filed it less than 5 minutes after receiving the delayed & damaged bag, which was fewer than 24 hours after arriving at SFO) and because the bag was wrapped in duct tape, so it was obviously damaged before they received it (um, United wrapped it in duct tape after causing all the damage). While the claim may ultimately be denied, I can't help feeling it should be denied based on actual facts. Also, I figure I might as well get my ruined bag back, but the employee didn't leave any way to contact them.
