The other flights (ops CJ) seem to be showing the correct fares when compared to EF availability.

So my guess is that this is nothing to do with the loading of fares (they're the same fares as for all the other flights, and actual price is governed by availability not fares), but rather with ba.com being shown the wrong availability when first fetching it for the price display by flight, which is in turn probably a glitch due to the fact that it's an unusual operator.
