Why oh Why can't I UuA a TA booked BA/AA ticket?
title says it all, our corporate TA booked a mixed itinerary - LHR to MSP via ORD with the ORD-MSP legs on AA. This now means that I can't UuA the LHR-ORD-LHR legs that are on BA (agent confirmed that there was availability).
I know, it's the rules and I've signed up and everything - but it is so frustrating.
