3. Hilton say they can't see the booking so can't link it from their side either.
I booked one night in the HI GLA through ba.com for cash. A few weeks later I got in touch with the hotel directly to add my Priority Club status to the booking and was told they couldn't find a reservation under my name.
I have the print out though.
