It appears that Vueling have already been prosecuted in 2012 for no adhering to European law and charging crazy amounts of 12 euros to pay by credit card. When asked recently they claim this is what it costs them to accept a payment by credit card. Does anyone know what rules Vueling are actually governed by and does anyone think it costs 12 Euro to process a credit card payment
