Here are some photos from my return flights, IPC-SCL-MIA on LAN in their newer Premium Business cabin. As I mentioned before, I prefer this cabin because the seats more fully recline, there's a bit more privacy, and the IFE is improved. Service was good but not extra-ordinary.

If someone would like to know the a la carte options for breakfast, let me know and I'll add that (the photo I took of that menu is rather poor). Most people requested the "cold breakfast express" which is served 40 minutes before arrival and consists of a glass of orange juice and a muffin. The full breakfast was all served on one tray 1 hr 20 min before landing. The cheese omelet was very good but again the coffee was poor (why do they serve instant?!)
