I'd not say they're seamless.

However, if there's a booking in Amadeus that has your BAEC number in it then it should show up in MMB. If it doesn't you can try adding it manually.

I believe IB uses Amadeus so should show up, but AA doesn't, so AA bookings only show up if there's a BA segment in the booking.
