This is already being discussed on the Conrad thread. Iru Fushi Beach Resort & Spa has dropped its affiliation with Hilton.

All the reservations are being honored (at least for now), but you won't receive any Hilton HHonors status related benefits, stay/night credits or points for the room rate & incidentals.
