I suppose, but wouldn't most OW traffic prefer to overfly JFK on the way to LAX or visa-versa? JL, CX, BA (for example) fly to both JFK/LAX. I suppose that premium leisure travelers to the USA would likely want to hit both Los Angeles and New York, but hourly flights with F seems like a lot of capacity.
