I recently flew JFK-SCL-IPC and back on LAN Chile as well. Loved their new product! I thought the red seats were nicer overall, despite the fewer number of presets. The whole cabin just felt a lot newer, seats were in great condition, and it was easy to step over the pax in the aisle seat if i needed to get out. Ferragamo amenity kits were also much appreciated!

I think there's a distinction between the various LAN brands flying around. I had a really great experience with LAN chile on all my flights, however have heard horror stories about LAN Argentina and LAN Peru. I guess there might be a difference the crews?
