I booked through a TA. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

I have found my ticket number - it belongs to AA, starting with 001. Would this be purely for the agent on the phone to locate my booking?
I have spoken to them & they can see all my flights but unable to access the seat map.

Does the fact i have an AA ticket number mean that Qantas is def not able to help?
