I didn't even realize N'EX *could* sell out. Whenever I've ridden it, it's been standing room only, all up and down the aisles. I avoid it like the plague mostly for that reason (though also for the expense).

The Keisei Skyliner has been mostly empty whenever I've taken it. Tokyo Station is a different beast than Nippori (or Ueno).
