Did you try looking at LAX-FRA-FCO/VCE with UA (United)/LH (Lufthansa) or LAX-ZRH-FCO/VCE with LX (Swiss) or LAX-LHR-FCO/VCE with AA/BA? Or any combination thereof? Or FCO-VIE-JFK with OS (Austrian)? Suggest you call a travel agent who could come up with the most reasonable routing and pricing.
