Last year, I picked up a bottle of Bushmill's "Single Malt" in the DUB duty free. It sat in the cabinet unsampled for many months, until noticed on chilly evening. Very rewarding and worth the price, which I recall as being "on sale", about $35 US.

In a heavy crystal "rocks" glass with just a splash of a decent "sin gas" bottled water seems best.
