Is there a way to earn AA miles for FTD flowers delivered to Canada?

I get several AA emails every year about earning Aadvantage miles for flowers. Unfortunately I live in Canada and want to deliver the flowers to Canada. Is there any way to get in on the AA promo and get the flowers delivered to Canada?
