I've been using CCB Travel Club for $5/mile. And I am recently trying the SCB 2% ( i am not sure if it is an eligible transaction as it is over the phone) + 7.5/miles for over $4000/month.
CCB Travel Club $5/mile. Watch your $50,000/year cap.

Definitely don't do SCB with MPO call centre redemptions cos of clause 12 http://www.standardchartered.com.hk/...ate/en/tc.html . 2% only applies for MPO redemptions wholly redeemed online but shouldn't you be using eye for that too?
