Btw, what is the best credit card for paying CX yq for over the phone redemption?

The best should be HSBC, but I picked another category.

I've been using CCB Travel Club for $5/mile. And I am recently trying the SCB 2% ( i am not sure if it is an eligible transaction as it is over the phone) + 7.5/miles for over $4000/month.
