I take your point - especially about the cap issue.

Point to add, I would either put "Home" or "China" for HSBC - China because I can benefit from paying with the Diamond CUP to avoid any Forex fee in China, and for non-China traveller I would put home mainly due to the Mannings promotions and can cover supermarkets. I will not put restaurant due to the uncertainity for restaurants in hotels. Therefore I will cover it with WLB CUP.

Btw, I find that it is quite common for restaurant to take CUP... why is it sticky?
