Just approximately, here's how I see it breaking down:

Amtrak
Rail fare $106
Parking at Metropark $26
GSP Toll $5

Driving
Two gas fillups (at least) - $60-80 (or maybe more, depending on your vehicle)
Tolls/bridges - $10-20
Parking in Boston - $15-30+ per night ($30-60 total for the two nights)

So IMO, Amtrak is either approximately equal in cost or maybe even cheaper than driving, assuming you are by yourself. As noted by Dm84, if you're with a group, driving would be the more economical option.
