If you're going late November then you should get the A380 on BA25 which would be fun for novelty value if nothing else - not sure exactly what date it comes into service (someone will be along to tell you shortly, with appropriate caveats) but I picked a couple of dates and can say it's definitely after the 10th but before the 24th.
Friday 15th November is the first A380 scheduled service to HKG (and I'm booked on it!), and that is as BA25. I guess if you got that service - and indeed not all BA25s are A380 - then at least you would be guaranteed a fairly pristine aircraft, which is allegedy quieter and with improved air circulation compared to the alternatives.
