I'm in the same boat. Looking to burn 3 Cat 1-4 Certs over the July 4 weekend. Hence the FS Marriotts are out of contention. Also, I'll be flying in and just realized that I can potentially take the train in from the airport and probably save a day or 2 of rental car costs.
We'll also be having our 4 year old with us and would want to eat a decent brekkie in the hotel itself and that means the RI.
Is the RI Riverplace close to the airport train stop? How about parking? Any public parking close by?
Also, we plan to hit some of the wineries in Willamette Valley. Is there going to be a problem with a 4 year old in the tasting room?

Breakfast isn't a huge deal for me, location is more important, so I assume one of the CYs will be better? Will be arriving via Amtrak too, so not sure if one of these is more convenient to the station.
