As you know, crowds can have a material effect on someone's enjoyment of a lounge because one of the primary attributes lounge customers seek is space. Most lounges have no mechanism at all to control crowds and thus the quality of the lounge experience can be inconsistent. Since we are not built on annual memberships we have a way to maintain consistency and that is through raising the entry price if the lounge is getting too crowded (this does not apply to our American Express Lounge Access Program guests). We always try to avoid raising the price above the standard advertised amount; any regular at our BWI lounge can tell you that's the case. When it's all said and done, our goal is to maximize the amount of enjoyment our customers have at Airspace per every dollar that they spend.
